My iPhone 8 Plus keeps randomly shutting off.

My battery capacity is at 73%, which it might have something to do with it. I'm suspecting my phone might have a virus, but I have no idea on how it could've gotten it. Help.

At 73% Battery Health, your battery is long overdue a Battery Replacement. Below 80% they are unstable and cause the types of issues you're experiencing. Either pay Apple to replace the battery or maybe it would be time to upgrade to a newer, more modern iPhone. Your iPhone 8 is incapable of running the lasted iOS 17.

You should either replace the battery, Apple suggests changing it when Health drops below 80%, or replacing the iPhone with a new one. You can reset the iPhone too if you have software problems to see if it's getting sorted. iPhones do NOT get virus
