Installing update on iPhone 11

When I try and install the iOS 17.1.1 update on my iPhone 11 it doesn’t work and comes up with as seen in photo below. Pls help me

It should be a modem Wi-Fi yes.

A hotspot may work, if its not an Apple device, as it can detect that, and may not allow the download.

Yes, as said, it needs to be connected to Wi-Fi, a cellular / mobile data connection will not work.

You must be connected to Wi-Fi to verify the Update. You seem to only be connected to cellular and with some what weak signal.

Are you connected to the internet, either via wifi or cel data?

Does it have to be modem wifi? Or can it be a hotspot connection?
