I have backed up my 2 iphones 2 files (X and 13) in icloud. Now I want to transfer both backup files to the iphone 13. I am wondering how do I sync such that no data is lost from both phones?. I keep reading there is no way to merge 2 backup files unless I use third party app. So my question is if I sync how do I sync such that no phone overwrites the other. Thanks so much

Not sure, what you mean by transferred both iPhones to iCloud using iTunes. Itunes does not do that.
Itunes stores the backup on a computer, not iCloud.

No. To restore an iCloud or iTunes backup onto an iPhone, you must erase the target iPhone first.
You cannot restore two backups to the same iPhone t the same time.

I transferred from my IPhone X and 13 to Icloud separately using ITunes.
