iPhone 14 pro is not making sounds or vibrations

My iPhone 14 pro has suddenly stopped making vibrations as well as sounds when receiving text messages, phone calls and playing videos. It will not play sound on videos and when I try turning it up the video begins to lag. When making phone calls I cannot hear and they cannot hear me. I updated my phone to iOS 17 a few nights ago and am unsure if it’s related. I have also tried restarting my phone multiple times and playing with the sounds and haptics in settings
