How so? Is it disabled? If so, refer tot the following...

That may be going a bit overboard given that we have no idea what this "issue" is. The person may simply have mis-typed a password and needs to try again. We don't even know if the account is disabled, as appears to be the focus of another reply.
hello, I am new here. I have recently obtained proof and contacted an attorney and a cyber crime expert. Technology is so advanced people should definitely not do things that are illegal, invasive and unethical-Especially not using smart devices. Idk if this answer helps but report your account and issues to many different agencies!! And until the issue is solved, use a backup device. A trusting individual is hard but not impossible to find and assist with issues as this.
