If we are to help you, you really need to tell us more than that. Including basic information in your post will assist us in quickly finding a specific answer to your question. Provide a clear description of what you are trying, where it fails to perform as expected, and the exact wording of error messages. Include your hardware year and model information if you have not already done so in the posting information.

How so? Is it disabled? If so, refer tot the following...

Troubleshooting a Locked Apple ID:

Note that if you are locked out, then you need to contact Apple Support, to get back in.

Visit this Link: If your Apple ID is Locked or Disabled - Apple Support

Why Accounts Become Disabled:

When your iTunes Account has been disabled, and that often happens due to suspicious activity --- Perhaps nothing on your part. They disable it for no more than Security & Privacy concerns.

Possible Reasons Could Include:

  • Too many unsuccessful login attempts
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions

So, what to do...

As you might suspect, no one here would know the reason for this occurrence, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They’ll know why this occurred and will run you right through the fix.

Contact Apple Support:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as necessary
  • Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

hello, I am new here. I have recently obtained proof and contacted an attorney and a cyber crime expert. Technology is so advanced people should definitely not do things that are illegal, invasive and unethical-Especially not using smart devices. Idk if this answer helps but report your account and issues to many different agencies!! And until the issue is solved, use a backup device. A trusting individual is hard but not impossible to find and assist with issues as this.
