How to change the billing on my Apple ID to update apps?
It’s on this phone it won’t let me update any of my apps please help me

You usually need to add a functioning payment method to your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps. You can find the acceptable payment methods for your country here;

You need to add a 2nd functioning billing method before you can remove the 1st billing method.
