Apple TV (Roku) won’t play shows, can’t troubleshoot, can’t login
We are viewing AppleTV via a projector that connects to a splitter and router. Our ISP is Century Link, and we are using ROKU.
For at least a week I have been unable to watch any shows on AppleTV. Initially I could open the app, navigate to a show, see a trailer, and then when I clicked play it would show a loading screen that never ended, or it would give me an error message saying I should troubleshoot, or it would go back to the preview page.
when I attempted to troubleshoot it would instantly skip all troubleshooting and tell me to try again.
Theres no issue with our internet connection, other apps are playing shows just fine. This is specifically an AppleTV issue.
I deleted AppleTV from the Roku menu and reinstalled. It asked for login info, and when we provided that it showed a Neverending loading page again. So now we can’t login to the app on this device.
Everything is fine on our phone. I think it has to do with Roku.
