An AirPod blinking orange generally just needs resetting, yet perhaps it does not have the correct case:
Mmmm ... we do not know whether the case came with the v1 or the v2 airpod pro.
And .... I do not know whether you can or can not successfully use a v1 and v2 Airpod together ?
