No. AppleCare is only valid in the country in which it was purchased. This all has to do with licensing between the the federal government.

I cant emphasize it enough: Then, I recommend you blow it off for now, rather than be restricted to so many downsides due to not punching it from within your own country/region. Unless told otherwise (i.e. by employer or school), then there is no need to purchase AppleCare. And do not purchase it from any seller other than Apple. There are thousands of repots of these forums of people being scammed from purchasing iPhones elsewhere such as online, or through a third-party, or even at a retailer.
