I go to my settings where the Apple ID is with my picture the first thing right up at the top it says Apple ID iCloud media and purchase And it has my full name with a picture of me. I cannot click on that at all the letters are not lit up.

This is due to screen time restrictions.
Go to settings>screen time>restrictions>allow account changes on iOS 17
If you're running iOS 16 or earlier go to settings>screen time>content and privacy restrictions>allow accoutbn changes or turn those off completely

In my settings, I cannot click on my name Where it says iCloud with my picture it will not let me click on it
