Chrome dialog box jumps from left corner to center when opened. MacOS Chrome

When I open a file dialog box, it opens in the lower left corner of the screen. Then it closes after half a second and reopens in the center of the screen.

The problem only happens in Chrome. I've tried to reset and reinstall Chrome, it doesn't help.
