MAC crashes panic (cpu 3 caller) kernel trap

Got a used 2019 iMac19,1 i5 512gb ssd 32gb ram. original user reinstalled Sonoma. Immediately after startup experienced issues with system crashing and restarting constantly. Only thing Installed was Google Chrome. Ran system updates and restarted system. Was in constant reboot with " Your computer restarted because of a problem." Reinstalled Sonoma and would never successfully boot into OS. Ran Apple Diagnostics. No detected issues. Performed clean Install with Ventura 13.6.1 from usb drive. Figured Ventura is more stable based on numerous issues with Sonoma. Able to load into Ventura but received these pop up reports. See 2 reports _ Panic cpu 3 caller and Translated Report below. Any suggestions??? Appreciate it.

<Panic (CPU 3 caller ) Kernel trap.log>

<Translated Report.log>

< Kernel trap type 14=page fault, registers>

this might well indicate an issue with RAM

it could imply third party app memory issue, however a clean install as you indicate would suggest a hardware issue(?)

The user Diagnostic is not going to pickup on RAM issues, and is not as definitive as Apples back bench AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit). This is more definitve then the front facing over the counter the MRI (Mac Resource Inspector) that tier 1 will run for you.

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

Thank you for your reply. I ran Rember to check ram and it passed. I additional ran Etrcheck. During scan the system crashed and restarted and produced this error report. You think it still could be memory?
<panic cpu 4 caller.log>

I never had any success running " Rember" to identify anything but a gross RAM issue. yes I would still suspect a memory issue.

You can Uninstall all third party apps and test a virgin install, compare your results

ref <Kernel trap type 13=general protection>

ref: " used 2019 iMac19,1 i5 512gb ssd 32gb ram"....

please note:

—Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.

—Page fault is a reference to memory not owned by the task that is running.

—Kernel Trap due to general protection fault, a reference to non-existent addresses.

type 13=general protection

I see. Thanks for insight. I removed the ram. Found two original black colored Micron 8gb ram and two OWC 8gb ram. All the same speed. Removed the OWC ram amd just left Micron ram. did a complete deletion of previously used partitions. Performed clean install with Ventura from usb and installed chrome. Hasn’t crashed. Yet…. Any benchmark apps you recommend to run on Mac .
