macbook pro 2021 max audio device disappears often when using macOS 12.6.9, 12.7.1 and 13.6.2.
On my 2021 MacBook Pro Max, the phenomenon of my audio device suddenly disappearing occurs repeatedly and frequently, especially when I reconnect HDMI (directly or via Thunderbolt) or headphones after waking from sleep.

I rarely had this problem until Mac OS 12.6.8, but it was severe in 12.6.9, and it was not in 12.7.0, but it was severe in 12.7.1, so I contacted Apple Korea and they said 13.6.1 does not have this problem and I should upgrade. So I said 13.6.1 was recently released so there should be no reports of this phenomenon. However, I'm out of options, so I upgraded, but the same thing happened with less frequency. With 13.6.2 it seems to happen quite often again.
The only solution is to reboot.
If anyone has experienced this, please let me know.
I've asked them to analyse my system log files, I've asked them to report this to the developers, but they won't, and when I told them that Apple's hardware self-diagnostics showed nothing wrong, they just told me to unplug everything and see if the symptoms appear.
When I tell them that there are articles on the internet about this symptom, they tell me that there are some articles about it where users insist on it, but that it hasn't been reported internally.
Is this consultant attitude due to Apple policy in general?
