I continuously keep getting a notification on my Macbook Air that a file will damage my computer, every time I search for the file there is no file with the same name.

You will not find a file bearing that name anywhere on your Mac.
Despite the implications of its title, please read Removing "Search Marquis" / "Search Baron" / etc on your own - Apple Community, and post the three screenshots it describes in a reply to this Discussion. What I need are those three screenshots.
