strange grey popup message box appearing when you place the cursor anywhere inside Word documents, Finder, when you save documents - OS Sonoma 14.1.1

Hello guys,

I haven't seen any topic on this matter so I said I should ask you. After the latest Sonoma update, strange, greyed out, popup message boxes appear when you place the cursor for over 2 seconds. This isn't very pleasant, especially when you want to save a document and as you try to write the title, this popup stands in front of the text and won't disappear unless you move the cursor away. But, if you try to modify something in that particular window and click again, the popup again shows up. In Word, for instance, if you leave the cursor for over 2 seconds, you can see messages such as Microsoft personal dictionary, Windows executable etc.

I will attach photos thereof.

I would really like for these popups to go away since it is a waste of time.

Thank you,

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.1
