My iPhone won't open apps and other issues

Today I had some wierd bugs on my 14 pro. Its not even a year old i have 98% battery health and trust me its almost brand new and I never had experience like this. So when I open any app on it, app frozes and I close it open it again and after that it wont even open the app. I dont play games, it happens on phone apps also, like galery and so. I restarted phone and it happens again. Hours after that i was trying to send a 3 sec video on discord and I dont think if it was because of my internet, but it was just loading and phone immediatly shut down and took me 15% off battery. I dont know what is this I dont have any updates beacuse I always update on time also Im not low on memory

Perform a Forced Restart on the phone. Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. You may need to repeat this several times.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

There are only 2 possible results when you perform a Forced Restart:

1) The phone returns to normal operation.....or, if not.....

2) There is a hardware problem with the phone that will need attention at the Apple Store (make an appointment) or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop.
