I receive emails from several addresses and store some in the ON MY MAC folder on my MBA. Is there any way to synch these across devices?

My emails come from 4 GMAIL, 1 Exchange and 2 Verizon.net (purchased by AOL) accounts. If I leave them on those accounts they will be synched across my devices, but do not wish to do so and pay for iCloud storage on various platforms. Is there any way to access the emails I have placed in the ON MY MAC folder from an iPad for instance? Or is there a way to synch the emails moved to ON MY MAC folders with an iPad?

Sorry, no. The "On my Mac" folder is not connected to the outside world and could not be seen by any other device. You'd need to keep those emails in the original mail accounts to see them across devices. Nothing prevents you from creating special folders in these email accounts to store the emails you currently store "On My Mac."
