New iPhone update
I used to be able to say, “Siri, restart my phone.” Now it says it can’t do that here. I need to restart often because of the different cell towers in my location. Any help? Ideas?

Updating an iPhone 11:
A. Update Using a Computer:
Have a Computer Handy? If so, try using a computer to update. Go here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. If any updates are availabe, they will install, sure enough.
B. Connecting Using Ethernet:
If WiFi is giving you issues on the computer, then connect through Ethernet, going directly into your router. For a Mac (or PC) that does not have Ethernet, this would be the adapter to use: Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple
