Ridding of Apple TV Remove from Lock Screen:

If this won't go away after closing the app...

A. Close All Apps:

Hold you finger down as you swipe up quickly from the bottom-left corner to the top-right corner.. Then, close all of these open apps, by swiping up quickly for each app, one-app-at-a-time.

B. Start with a Force Restart:

Any time you are using a streaming app its controls will appear on the lock screen. If you exit the app the controls should go away.
