The cloud keychain is using a device (my wife's old computer) that isn't active from 2016.

I try turning on the cloud keychain in my new iphone 14 and it asks password for a really old computer my wife had. I removed the device from her and mine account. Removed from find my phone. There is no trace of anything related to this old computer from 2018.


Tried entering password but I ran out of tries.


Need help how to fix this issue.

Having run ut of tries, it seem you have a locked Apple Account, so contact Apple Support to get back in. Read the following...

Unlocking Your Locked Apple Account:

Observing your image, it appears that you are unable to access your Apple Account, being that it has become locked. So, if that is the case, here is the information to use:

If that is of no success, then give Apple a Direct Call:
