X-Plane12 with a 16 GB M1 Mac Mini?

I would like to hear about anybody’s experiences running X-Plane 12 on N M1 Mac Mini. I have been able to run X-Plane 11 with three monitors, but not X-Plane 12. Even with only one monitor turned on, that has not been as clear as X-Plane 11.
