Battery drain
i just bought an ipad 10 and battery drains 1% every 7 minutes is this normal?

1% battery utilisation for 7 minutes use = ~8.6% per hour.
Assuming that your iPad is being used, battery utilisation of 10-15% per hour can be anticipated. High screen brightness and/or high CPU utilisation will be toward the higher end.
