Hello my lad has an iPod touch 7th gen, he can only get upto ios15. He has the instax pal camera and the app but it says you need iOS 15 or later, does this mean next year he won’t be able to use the app anymore or will it still work just not update?

No iPod Touch can (or will ever be able to) go beyond iOS 15. He should be able to use the current version of the app, but will not be able to use a newer version if it requires iOS 16 or later.
