cant get rid of a dialogue box

I recently bought a MacBook Air and thought I had finished setting it up. Fifth time I switched it on this dialogue request came up ("Home" would like ...) and it doesn't matter whether I Allow or Don't Allow, it won't go away. Any help please?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.13

Re: cant get rid of a dialogue box

You could click the small question mark at top right on the dialogue box for more info:

This will tell you if the dialogue box is "frozen" or not ... and the added info. may help solve the dilemma.

Else:

You may want to see whether you can "allow" or "don't allow" the location in the Mac's Home app settings:
