Forgot my passcode, apple id password and email address is also not working

Hello, my name is Ionela Duhlicher . I have an iphone 13promax. I don’t remember the passwords of id apple , passcode and email also. I changed the passcode one night and i forgot it and i lost access to my phone. I can provide you with all the answers that can prove my identity . But please i am begging you to help me get back access to my phone . I contacted one of apple employees and he told me i will be able to reset my password if i go through some steps . I tried but still couldn’t . I followed all the steps using a PC and Itunes but the result was my phone just being blocked for 1h . And then i tried again to contact someone but I couldn’t reach you guys. Eventually i tried again to reset my password and I received a message telling me i will be able to reset my password in 11 days using my phone number only. I waited the time and now i got a sms from

apple , clicked the link and followed again what the article was saying and still couldn’t reset any of my passwords. I was told i will be getting a message on my email address to announce me when the waiting period is over , but again i don’t have access to my email address. I forgot the password and even if i knew I couldn’t receive any emails because the memory was full . I am begging you help me get out of this situation and i promise i will never forget a password in my life .

now i am using an iphone 7s , the battery is so bad i always stay with my charger and it made my life a living **** . I also earn some money out of social media and having no good phone just made everything worse
