Apparent to have a cell phone signal, but it doesn't receive a call, it just does

My iPhone has transparent signal bars, but it has mobile internet, but it doesn't receive a call, it's just doing it

When 4g was activated this happens, but time or another it deactivates by itself and stays at 3g and the signal returns to normal, I noticed after the IOS 17.1.1 update, I don't know if there is a correlation
