After computer restart all Safari profiles dissapeared... Why ?

Created profiles: personal, work, another work, general business, etc.

Safari Profiles Menu not Shown I have seen instructions to create multiple user profiles in Safari (Safari Settings -> "Profiles" tab). However, the Profiles tab is not shown in my Safari settings (as shown). Is there something I need to do to activate Profiles first? I am using Safari v16.6 in Ventura on an M2 MacBook Air 13". Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Reset iMac main User Account? Multiple browser issues don't occur in Guest Account Yesterday my iMac began unexpectedly quitting, specifically at banking websites log in pages - other websites were fine. I tried the banking website logins also in Chrome and Firefox and they also unexpectedly quit. Apple reports Termination Reason: Namespace SIGNAL, Code 6 Abort trap: 6. I can log in to my Guest Account on my iMac and all websites act perfectly, including financial. The websites also work fine on my MacBook. Is there a way to reset the main User Account for my iMac? The one thing that changed yesterday, that seemed to start everything, is I opened a new Profile in Safari to try to manage a different set of Safari bookmarks on my iPad that my mom is using, to make Safari simpler for her on iPad. I've deleted that Profile now to see if it helped. Restarted a few times, updated to the latest OS. Website interaction appears to be getting worse rather than better though - across all browsers, but Guest Account works perfectly.

Unable to save 'Favorites/Bookmarks' in Safari on new MacBook Air I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and transferred all my data from a Windows laptop. Since that time my favorites/bookmarks will not save in Safari. If I delete one, it comes back after I shut down Safari and if I add one it does not save when I close Safari. I spent about an hour or so on the phone with Apple Support and they could not find the issue. I even spoke with a level 2 person. Everything you find on the internet has been tried and the OS was deleted and reinstalled. Nothing has worked. I'm hoping someone in this group has had the same the issue and got it fixed. It's very frustrating. Thank you. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
