Is possible to share an open connection from a Mac over wifi?

With previous versions of MacOS it was possible to share the internet via Wi-Fi on an open network. Now that I've upgraded to Sonoma that's no longer possible. Is there a terminal command or another way to share the internet via Wi-Fi by creating an open network?
