Hello, my iCloud is blocked, how can I activate it?

My friends iCloud is disabled, how can I activate it?

It was opened few days ago with gmail and now it shows that it is disabled and wont let me even to exit from my iCloud . When I try to log from other device it shows that there is no such account. The password i know clearly and i would to mention that we are from Armenia. I am attaching screenshots from my friends phone maybe it will help you to provide me the information to unlock my account so i can start downloading apps or reset my phone.
