Error 45054 on Windows 11

I have a new Lenovo Windows 11 laptop. When I launch iTunes and try to sign into Store I get " There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (-045054).

I have reinstalled iTunes and this makes no difference.

Because I can't sign in I am unable to check for updates.

How do I fix this?

The "if you see -45054 0r -42110 error in itunes" does not have any instructions for Windows 11. It only mentions "Lenovo" I have Windows 11 on a Dell XPS13. I have it set to show all hidden files/folders. iTunes folder in Windows 11 does not have "adi and SC Info folders".

Did you install iTunes from the Microsoft Store or using a download from apple.com? Switching from one to the other might help you. In most cases where specific Windows 11 advice is missing use that for Windows 10. Did you check in %ProgramData%\Apple Computer\iTunes for the adi and SC Info folders, rather than your main iTunes library folder?
