Pipidae Pop-Up

Hello guys! I've been crying for the last couple days in frustration trying to fix a Pipidae pop-up that is appearing on my Mac. I am not tech-savvy and do not know what to do. Can someone tell me how to fix it? I do not want to lose the information that I have on my Mac as it is very important to me and I do not have an external hard drive to do a backup just now. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your kindness and help :'(
