Zoom filter not engaging.

I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max running ios 17.1.1

The Accessibility/Zoom filters are not being engaged when I turn the Zoom on or off.

If I manually turn on and off zoom nothing happens. If I triple tap to turn on or off zoom nothing happens.

This function did work until recently.

I use it to silently turn on the Low Light feature using the triple tap on the back of the phone technique.

Ideally Apple would change the lowest light setting on the usual dimmer slider so I don’t have to use this Zoom/Low Light filter workaround.
