2 iPhones with same iCloud and Apple ID

I thought I had lost my iPhone 13, and in the meantime I bought an iPhone 15 online. The iPhone 13 was found in another city, and it will get to me in a week. When my iPhone 15 arrives, can I log it with my original ID apple without missing data on the iPhone 13? My concern is because some data on my iPhone 13 aren’t backuped on the cloud, but I don’t want to wait for it to arrive to start using my new device.
