Pages has no clue about HTML, CSS, or JavaScript as it is strictly a word processing application. There are dedicated web site building applications, code aware editors, and topics on SEO that a Google search can clarify.

Pages creates a PDF, which I then turn to HTML5 [my web site] then send it to my web host....to be seen.
Is there a method to attach SEO to HTML5...so that once its on the web, it can be easily found thru SEO?

I have never heard of converting a PDF into HTML5 — ever. You should confer with an SEO expert about what revisions to your HTML5 code are needed for that purpose. Again, the focus of this community is on Pages word processing, not Search Engine Optimization.
