Airpods pro icon shows up as headphones.

The pop-up does not show up at all. if I want to connect AirPods to my devices, I have to do it manually from settings. Also, the icon shows headphones for both AirPods and the case and does not say the battery percentage. My devices are updated and I already tried resetting the Airpods.

Airpods pro max not connecting while holding noise cancel button If I take out the headphones from its case or press the noise cancel button once, my ipad mini shows a small window for connecting the Airpods Pro Max. When I press "connect", then it asks me to press and hold the noise cancel button. However, no matter how and how long I press and hold the noise cancel button, it doesn't proceed past that popup window.
