I lost my iPhone

I have another I phone and lost it the number is 80***901 I don’t want no one to get in to the phone so I need to see if I can lock it

Did you activate Find My iPhone? If so, then the device should be locked to you. Did you have a passcode on the device? Did you log into Find My iPhone from a computer or other internet device to try and located the device. You can also lock it from there.
