I purchased Apple TV+ on costco.com last December for $69.99 for a year. I cannot find my receipt anywhere and I never activated it. How do I activate it if I don’t have a serial number from the purchase?

We are all end users just like you, Apple does not read or participate in these forums, they are simply our hosts. You need to speak directly to Apple. If you don't have any proof of purchase and never activated, you may have an uphill battle. What you can do though is to check your subscription. If you don't know how to check what subscriptions you have then Google Apple Check Subscriptions.
