Have you tried these steps to remove the certificate?

  1. Click on the "Finder" icon in the Dock.
  2. Click on the "Go" menu at the top of the window and select "Utilities".
  3. Double-click on "Keychain Access".
  4. Select "Certificates" from the list of categories.
  5. Click on the certificate you want to delete.

If so, is your computer or account managed by a company or education institute? Then the system admin can push the certificate
