Extra storage

I want to know if I can add extra storage to my phone. And pay for it without adding a debit card to my phone

An iPhone's internal storage isn't upgradable.

Subscribing to iCloud+ or Apple One requires having a payment method other than store credit on file, even if it won't be charged.
