Reminders collaboration out of sync

We are having an issue where we collaborate on Reminders Lists but the lists aren't syncing for the collaborators. Anyone else having this issue?

Can I sync only select reminders lists to the Calendar app? is there a way to sync only select Reminders list to the Calendar App? Ie excluding shared lists? Context: I do personal assistance work and am using a shared Reminders List to create a to dos for my boss to sync to her Calendar App. However, her Reminders (along with my own) are also syncing to my personal calendar. Is there a way to share reminder lists with others? I would like to share tasks in my reminder apps with others. Somewhat like how the calendar events let you add invitees. Is there a way to do this within the Apple ecosystem?

Reminders on iPad doesn't sync with iPhone Context: iPad A16 with iPadOS 26.0.1; iPhone 15 with iOS 26.01; Signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both devices; Contacts, Calendars and Reminders are turned on in my iCloud settings; date and time settings are aligned. Problem: Reminders aren't syncing; it appears that the lists on the iPhone and iPad are stored locally. All other services like iCloud Drive, Notes, Calendar, and Contacts are syncing correctly. Tried all combination of sign-in/out, restart, reboot. What else can I do?
