How can I stop getting notifications for every email that comes in the apple community

Click or tap your avatar in the upper right of this page to see a menu:

Select "Preferences."

When the Pref page loads, scroll downto find "Messages from Apple" and set the check boxes to look like this:

Those settings will eliminate the flood of notifications without cutting you off from important communications from the moderators.
