Route Facetime's audio to the lightning adaptor output with a camera adaptor

How do I change Facetime's speaker output audio to the lightning adaptor Output with a camera adaptor for an audio line out signal? Other apps have such as Zoom, YouTube, Music, have no problem. But Facetime cannot do it.

Bluetooth speaker connected to Facetime I have pared my new Bose Soundlink to my iPhone 11 Pro and it connects perfectly with Youtube or Apple Music. I wish to connect to a FaceTime call and use the speaker as a loudspeaker. I have done settings/accessibility, touch, co audio routing and set it to "speaker"but when I make a FaceTime call I only have access to the iPhone speaker, not the Bluetooth Bose speaker. Any help
