My Siri is broken instead of saying hello. Oh yes he ha ha which I think is very rude can you please stop him from doing it thank you

If I understand you correctly, you are saying, "Hey, Siri....." and waiting. If you do that, Siri will say, "uh, huh?" To avoid that, don't leave a pause between "Hey, Siri...." and your request. Just say, "Hey, Siri, where is the nearest museum?"
"Uh huh?" is not "bad language", just very casual.
