How can I show that I have apple care for my AirPods if I do not have the receipt and the AirPods will not connect to my device?
I purchased my 3rd gen AirPods a couple months ago, and recently had to remove them as a device on my phone as they were not connecting properly. After further investigation, I was instructed to go in-store for better help by an apple team member. Since it has only been a couple of months since I bought these Airpods, I still have Apple Care. However, i do not have the receipt of the original purchase and since my AirPods will not connect to my phone, I cannot show that I still have apple care for this product. what should I do?
