After update iPhone's microphone or speaker not working during calls

I have i7, it was working fine until i get an update

Now during GSM /WhatsApp calls i can not hear ring tune nor other person can listen me. If i play video it works fine. I am not able to even send a voice note on WhatsApp also

I reset my phone but I noticed that the update is not gone, it is still showing that the OS is updated.

Any suggestions? how to uninstall an update or any patch from iphone expected soon?

Hello ~ No…you can’t downgrade. This is from the article I posted for you…

If the microphone doesn't work in a specific app

Go to Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
Make sure that the app is enabled.
If the app has permission to access your microphone, or if it isn't listed, contact the app developer.

You still need to have your iPhone checked out as it’s an older device.

In addition, it looks like that another app get hold on mike it is not available, it is not like that we speak and its not reacording it is simply not available

So apparently its not a hardware problem, can i uninstall last update?
