How can I run diagnostics on iPhone X?
I have an appointment to replace the battery on my iPhone. Apple wants me to run diagnostics. How can I run diagnostics on iPhone X?

On your iPhone......
Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity
If the Maximum Capacity is less than 80%, the battery needs to be replaced.
Diagnostics & Self Service is available on newer phones.....iPhone 12 and up if I remember correctly.
