Can I save an audio file in multiple different folders on my Mac Pro M1

yes. just press and hold your keyboard's "option" key and drag the file from it's current location and drop it in the desired folder. "rinse and repeat" until it's in all of the desired folders.

...AND, if the drive you are using is Apple File System, each 'copy' will actually be implemented (if on the SAME drive) with a system-maintained LINK, so that these bulky files do not actually take up any more space!
Copies onto different drives DO actually get copied, but the second and subsequent copy on the SAME drive get links.
TY. I wasn't't thinking of the separate drives angle. :)
I wasn't either, but I wrote my first paragraph, then realized there was another case, so had to revise and add the second paragraph.
