Copy and Paste between Mac and IPhone not working

And the second issue is date and time is wrong.if i select set time and date automatically it is showing oct 14 as the default date. Everytime i am setting up the time in the terminal sudo sntp -sS time.apple.com and unselecting the automatic one.
