Mackbook Pro M1 - ping intermittency on wifi and wired network.

Hello community, I have a problem with my mackbook pro M, I have intermittency problems towards any destination within my local network or towards the Internet, using a Wi-Fi card or the RJ45 adapter, every so often I lose 5 pings, and that affects my Microsoft Teams calls have an intermittency that currently does not allow me to work correctly, this happens to me inside my house and outside of it, I have read and tried all the published workaounds, but I cannot solve the problem.


Please I need your collaboration.

packets going toward the Internet use the TOPMOST, Working interface on the list in


system preferences > network


if your WifI is TOPMOST, and is working even marginally, it is the ONLY interface being used.


To move Ethernet TOPMOST, use the gear icon under the list of interfaces and Drag Ethernet TOPMOST. Then whenever Ethernet is working, it will be used.


does Ethernet provide DIFFERENT results now?

Does Ethernet provide BETTER results now?
