The Apple TV+ streaming service allows for up to 6 simultaneous streams per subscription (that includes all Family Sharing group members).
The number of devices that can run the Apple TV app with any given Apple ID account is not limited otherwise. E.g. 8 screens, but not simultaneously used with Apple TV+, is fine.

It should work with all that use the same appleID or and appleID that is added to family sharing
